Infra Club Brazil


The GRI Club Infra Brazil is part of the GRI Club Infra Latam, a global club of leaders in the infrastructure sector active in Latin America. In Brazil, the group brings together investors, operators, banks and specialists in power, airports, railways, ports, highways, social infrastructure, urban mobility, waste and sanitation.

Club meetings offer a unique platform for members to:

  1. Build and maintain special relationships;
  2. Develop business partnerships and strengthen global networks;
  3. Discuss high-level strategic issues;
  4. Analyse major challenges and propose solutions in conjunction with government authorities.


GRI is in constant touch with institutions that dictate the future of national infrastructure, such as the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES), Brazilian Ministry of Finance, Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy and the Brazilian Investment Partnership Program (PPI).

The purpose of such working groups is to find solutions to challenges recognized by industry leaders:

  1. Attraction of investment and international funding;
  2. Guarantees;
  3. Modeling of projects in concessions and PPPs;
  4. and Project Finance, among other topics.


This is where the greatest industry leaders come together to understand and create market trends.

GS Inima Brasil

GS Inima Brasil acts as a construction company and holding company, structured to ensure the operational continuity and performance of the controlled concessionary companies (SPE's), as well as to compete in, get awarded and establish new concessions and public private partnerships, either by itself or in consortium with other companies. It acts in sanitation projects, from its conception and construction to its operation and maintenance in public and private markets. In addition to the Brazilian portfolio, in partnership with the South Korean unit GS E&C, GS Inima Brasil starts to develop projects of Incineration of Waste, as a form of energy generation friendly to the Environment.

Iguá Saneamento

We are Iguá Saneamento. We operate in the management and operation of water supply and sewage systems, as well as in the management of customers of these services. Our work is done through concessions and partnerships with municipalities, states and public companies. Currently, we are present in five Brazilian states (São Paulo, Mato Grosso, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Alagoas), through 18 operations, which, together, serve, directly or indirectly, about 6.3 million people. The scope of our services render us among the main private operators in the sanitation sector in the country. Due to the characteristics of our activities, we also maintain a deep insertion in the life of the communities, where we develop programs that help raise social and environmental awareness, reaching thousands of people.
