Mr. Cassio Viana the Head of Alternative Investments, responsible for Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds, Real Estate Funds and FIDCs – Receivable Funds. Prior that, Mr. Viana was the head of infrastructure funds and structured credit funds at CAIXA, responding as fund manager. His academic background includes a BA in Management - Focus - International Trade at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and a MBA in Financial Economics and a Master Degree in Economics from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas.




Mr. Souza is a founding partner and member of Vinci Partners' Private Equity team Prior to joining Vinci Partners, he worked for Banco Pactual as co-manager of FIP Brasil Energia. He was a management consultant for Stern Stewart & Co., and previously, he had five years of experience in equity sales and trading with Citigroup Asset Management and Banco Graphus. Mr. Souza holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola Federal de Engenharia de Itajubá and a MBA from University of Rochester, New York (Beta Gamma Sigma award)


Marcos Almeida joined Brookfield Asset Management in 2003. He is a Managing Partner and the head of Brookfield Infrastructure in Brazil. Marcos has over 20 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance. His transaction experience includes hydro power plants, timber, telecom and transmission lines, toll roads, railways and Ports. Marcos has also raised private equity funds in Brazil, Peru and Colombia. Mr Almeida is a board member at Arteris, the biggest toll road company in Brazil by kilomters, VLI, a railway logistics company with over 8.000 km of railways and Vespucio Norte, an urban toll road in Santiago (Chile).







André Dabus is Director of Infrastructure, Power & Utility of Marsh Brasil , insurance broker authorized by Susep and lawyer formed by PUC-SP. He holds a postgraduate degree in Infrastructure Law from the FGV- SP and an executive MBA from Fundação Don Cabral. He is also professor of the MBA of Insurance and Reinsurance Law of ESSP- Escola Superior de Seguros Privados.


Doutor e Mestre em Direito do Estado pela USP, Bacharel em Direito pela PUC-SP, é o sócio responsável pela área de Infraestrutura, Regulatório e Relações Governamentais do BMA, escritório em que ingressou em 2011. A atuação de sua equipe tem ênfase em PPPs, licitações, serviços públicos e mercados regulados (energia, telecomunicações, mineração, rodovias, portos, aeroportos, construção civil, oil&gas, assistência à saúde, medicamentos e food&beverage). É Coordenador da Comissão de Telecomunicações da Associação Brasileira de Direito da Tecnologia da Informação e das Comunicações – ABDTIC e Diretor dessa mesma entidade.
