Ali Imraan is a National Director in the Debt Investment & Special Situations team. He is responsible for new deal origination and execution within the business. Prior to joining LaSalle, Ali was responsible for Commercial Real Estate within the Asset Backed Finance team at RBS, based in London. Prior to that he headed the Private Equity Real Estate Finance team at RBS, worked within its mezzanine finance team and also worked for Citigroup's European Securitisation & Structured Finance team.

Mr. Tejani is a Partner based in London and is a member of TPG Real Estate’s investment committee. Prior to joining TPG, served as a Director at Lion Capital LLP and worked at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley’s Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring Department. Mr. Tejani received an A.B. in applied mathematics with economics from Harvard College. TPG Real Estate is the real estate platform of TPG, a leading global private investment firm with $74 billion of assets under management. TPGRE includes both TPG Real Estate Partners, its equity investment platform, and in TPG Real Estate Finance Trust, its debt origination and acquisition platform. Andreas joined InfraRed in 2006. Andreas is responsible for overseeing Strategy, Business Development and Origination within InfraRed’s European real estate division. Prior to InfraRed Andreas was a consultant at The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory boutique headquartered in Boston where he advised corporations in Europe and in the U.S. on growth strategies, M&A and operational improvements. Earlier Andreas worked with The Boston Consulting Group in Germany, focusing on strategy development and operational effectiveness in the industrial goods sector. Andreas graduated as a Civil Engineer at the Munich Technical University and earned an MBA from INSEAD.
Anthony founded GraceMark in 1999 which has undertaken in excess of £600m of developments since 2000. It has worked with joint venture partners including GE Real Estate, IVG Institutional Funds, Angelo Gordon and Wharton Asset Management to create over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of prime space in Central London. Anthony was formerly with The Citibank Private Bank, Cabra Estates and Olympia & York. He graduated from The American University in Washington D.C.

Aref Lahham is Founder and Managing Director of Orion. He is located primarily in Orion’s London office and acts as Orion’s Chief Executive Officer, setting the strategy and leading the Orion Fund’s acquisition team. He has been responsible for over €5.0 billion of property acquisitions throughout Europe. Aref has 30 years of real estate investment and development experience in the US and Europe. He has served on the board of French public quoted company Société Foncière Lyonnaise as well as on the investment committee of a Bulgari sponsored private equity fund called Opera. Mr. Lahham has a BSc in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, a Masters of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Aurelien Lanfray is a Senior Vice President in the European Real Estate Lending group of Macquarie’s Corporate and Asset Finance division (CAF). Aurelien joined Macquarie in 2013 and has over 13 years of real estate experience, having previously worked at Westbrook Partners, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Deutsche Bank. Since joining Macquarie, Aurelien has sourced or executed real estate, infrastructure and corporate transactions in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland.
Mr. Penaud joined Tishman Speyer in 2006 and is currently charged with jointly overseeing the firm’s business in Europe, in conjunction with Michael Spies. Previously, he has held positions both as the COO for Europe and the regional director for France. Mr. Penaud joined Tishman Speyer from JPMorgan, where he was co-head of European acquisitions in London, supervising activities for the JPMorgan European Property Fund in western continental Europe. Prior to this, he was in charge of RE acquisitions in France for the Peabody Funds, co-managed by JPMorgan and the O’Connor Group. Previously, he worked for Arthur Andersen, Unibail and Deutsche Bank.

Blake Loveless is a Principal and an Investment Committee member. Blake joined Meyer Bergman in 2006 and is responsible for acquisitions in Europe. Blake has been involved in sourcing, executing, and overseeing €2 billion of acquisitions across Europe and United Kingdom. Prior to joining Meyer Bergman, Blake worked in private banking and established and managed a prominent family office. Blake graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S. in economics from the School of Foreign Service. He is a CFA charterholder and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Bonnie is Head of Capital Markets for ActivumSG. She has over 15 years of experience in RE including sourcing, structuring, and distributing a range of RE debt products. Prior to joining ActivumSG in September 2016, Bonnie worked at Deutsche Bank for 5 years where she held positions in syndication and origination within their European Commercial RE Group and CRE Structuring Group. Previously, she worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President where she was responsible for the syndication of European RE debt products, including senior loans and mezzanine tranches. She moved to London with Credit Suisse to help build their European CMBS team and began her career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in their RE Finance and Securitisation team.

Brandon co-founded Castleforge Partners (formerly Mercer Real Estate Partners) in July 2010. Prior to founding Castleforge, Brandon worked for Westbrook Partners and Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Brandon has been involved in transacting over £1.5b of Real Estate asset value across the U.S. and Western Europe and has experience as both an advisor and an investor across a diverse range of investment types and asset classes. Castleforge Partners has recently completed raising CFP II, a £235 million discretionary fund that invests in value add / opportunistic real estate on behalf of US, UK, and European institutional investors.

Bryan Kelly is Managing Director at Strategic Value Partners and is focused on European real estate investments in both assets and debt. He has worked in the real estate / distressed credit market for 14 years in both Asia and Europe.
