4Gs, iniciativas privadas y más allá: ¿Qué falta para la ejecución?

Las medidas necesarias para que el fondeo y la ejecución de los proyectos de 4G e iniciativas privadas sean exitosos fueron tema del club meeting realizado por GRI Club Infra Latin America el día 6 de septiembre en Bogotá.

Han participado del debate ejecutivos como: Ader Anaya Ariza (BBVA Colombia), Adriana Juyó (Colpatria), Andrés Pareja (SMBC), Arnaud Giron (Egis), Bernardo Serafim (Vinci Concessions), Carlos Ignacio Hoyos Espinosa (Banco de Bogotá), David Blanco Caballero (Iridium), Diego Perez (OHL Colombia), John Rojano (Cititrust), Juan Pablo Crane (CFC-SK Fund), Juliana Pacheco (Larrain Vial), Maurício Ossa (Odinsa), Miguel Toledo (IFC), Myungho Lee (Mitsubishi Corp.), Rodrigo Castiblanco Bedoya (Ministerio de Transportes de Colombia), entre otros.

Entre las cuestiones discutidas, estuvieron las medidas necesarias para recuperar la confianza de bancos e inversores y así destrabar la financiación, los aspectos críticos relacionados a la estructuración de los proyectos y a la gestión contractual, además del pipeline de nuevas obras de infraestructura en el país.

GRI Club ahora está preparando un white paper con sugerencias de sus miembros a las dependencias del Gobierno para impulsar el fondeo y el desarrollo de los proyectos.

Melissa Dalla Rosa é Diretora de Infraestrutura e atua principalmente na expansão do GRI Club Infra na América Latina. Graduada em Comunicação Social – Relações Públicas pela Unisinos (RS), Pós-graduada Publicidade Institucional, Comunicação Multimídia e Organização de Eventos pela Universidade de Florença – Itália, onde viveu por sete anos, está concluindo um MBA em Gestão do Agronegócio pela ESALQ/USP. Possui mais de 10 anos de experiência na área de relações públicas e eventos.

Bernardo Serafim es Director de Desarrollo de VINCI Concessions para Latinoamérica y Executive Director de Vinci Highways.
