Through a unique platform, GRI contributes to the construction of privileged relationships and real business opportunities. Henri Alster is the Chairman of the GRI. He previously worked for 25 years as a real estate investment banker, advising or partnering with the likes of Exxon, Whitehall, KLM pension funds, Forest City Enterprises and others across the USA and Europe. He also ran his own investment boutique.
Mr. Alster led Citicorp’s early real estate investment banking efforts in Europe between 1988 and 1994, closing Europe’s two largest land deals on behalf of Exxon and Pechiney.
A Columbia B-School MBA (‘74), Henri is an undergraduate Technion (Israel) Industrial Engineer (‘72).
He is fluent in English, French, German, Dutch and Hebrew, has lived in New York, Paris, London, Brussels and Tel-Aviv and has worked and travelled extensively throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe.

Gustavo Favaron is global CEO of the GRI Group, present in more than 20 countries with the mission of connecting leaders, fostering relationships, disseminating knowledge and contributing to the generation of real business opportunities in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
He is the originator of the club format which has boosted GRI's widespread expansion since 2013. Under his remit are the six GRI Group companies: GRI Club Real Estate, GRI Club Infra, GRI Proptech Club, GRI Proptech Fund, Smartus and Personal Path.
A natural leader and a multicultural professional, Gustavo has a solid track-record in business development, strategic planning, integrated management and highly complex negotiations. He has a deep knowledge of the global real estate industry and has an extensive network of qualified relationships in locations worldwide.
Graduated in Law and Social Science, he is also Master in Foreign Affairs.
Larisa Kolman is Chief Financial Officer for the GRI group. She is one of the first GRI employees with a broad mandate. She is ACCA qualified chartered accountant.
Airton Medeiros is global vice president of the GRI Group, present in more than 20 countries with the mission of connecting leaders, fostering relationships, disseminating knowledge and contributing to the generation of real business opportunities in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. He is involved directly in the strategic management of the six GRI Group companies: GRI Club Real Estate, GRI Club Infra, GRI Proptech Club, GRI Proptech Fund, Smartus and Personal Path.
He has extensive experience in the real estate and infrastructure industries, especially in the areas of intelligence, business structuring and funding strategies. A wide network of global relationships means he is adept at executing strategies across a variety of geographical and industry sectors.
Airton holds a bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs and an MBA in Strategic Management and Innovation, as well extension courses at the University of Berkeley and at MIT.
Diego Tavares is managing director of the GRI Club, which brings together leading real estate and infrastructure players in more than 20 countries. He runs the club's real estate division in Europe, managing a highly evolved platform of conferences and member-only activities in a variety of locations across the continent.
He has an extensive experience in the real estate industry in Europe and Americas and a wide network of global relationships. He holds a degree in Tourism and specialized in Marketing and Consumer Behavior at the London School of Marketing.
I have worked for 12 years in the Energy sector, Pharmaceutical, Food, Medical Equipment industries, in Brazil, Latin America and USA.
In these organizations I've conducted over than 150 projects with an investment of about USD 300 million, contributing to the creation of value for the company by cutting cost and increasing revenue.
I'm PMP certified by PMI, having studied in USP, FGV and UNICAMP , specially focuses in Management, Innovation and Enterpreneurship.
Leonardo Di Mauro is the head of real estate for Latin America of GRI Club, which brings together leading real estate and infrastructure players in more than 20 countries. He leads the club's real estate market division in the region, including conferences and exclusive activities for members in the residential, land development, malls, retail, hospitality, offices, industrial and logistics segments in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru.
He has an extensive network of relationships and relevant experience in the Latin American real estate and telecommunications industries. He is a civil engineer and holds an Executive MBA from the prestigious Brazilian FGV, as well as a postgraduate degree in Project Management.
Pedro Nicolau is the global head of Infrastructure of the GRI Club, which brings together the core players in both this sector and the real estate industry in more than 20 countries. He manages the entire platform of conferences and member-exclusive activities active in infrastructure sectors worldwide. He is also in charge of the club division focused on real estate in India.
A multicultural professional, Pedro has an extensive network of global relationships and a broad experience in the transportation infrastructure, mobility, sanitation and events industries. He holds a degree in Foreign Affairs from the renowned Brazilian university Unesp.
Melissa Dalla Rosa é Diretora de Infraestrutura e atua principalmente na expansão do GRI Club Infra na América Latina. Graduada em Comunicação Social – Relações Públicas pela Unisinos (RS), Pós-graduada Publicidade Institucional, Comunicação Multimídia e Organização de Eventos pela Universidade de Florença – Itália, onde viveu por sete anos, está concluindo um MBA em Gestão do Agronegócio pela ESALQ/USP. Possui mais de 10 anos de experiência na área de relações públicas e eventos.
Robinson Silva is director of the GRI Club, which brings together leading real estate and infrastructure players in more than 20 countries. He leads the club's real estate market division, including conferences and exclusive activities to members in the residential, land development, malls, retail, hospitality, offices, industrial and logistics segments. He is also a moderator of debates with important players of the market, economy and politics.
He has an extensive network of relationships and a broad experience in the Brazilian real estate industry and in the financial and credit areas. He holds a degree in Public Relations and postgraduate degrees in Marketing and Project Management.
Patricia Frazatto is a Special Projects Director of GRI Americas and responds by club activities in the sectors of hotels and Healthcare.
She has extensive experience in marketing and organizing corporate events, having worked for companies such as Chevron and Babolat. She graduated from ESAMC-Campinas with a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing.
Fernanda Magnabosco é Club Director no GRI Club. Com mais de 5 anos trabalhando com incorporação imobiliária tem experiência em vários segmentos do mercado tendo atuado com a gestão de projetos, desenvolvimento de produto e coordenação de equipes em Loteamentos, Residenciais, Corporativos e Logísticos. Formada em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Puc-Campinas, teve escritório próprio no Brasil por 4 anos e passou 3 anos em Londres trabalhando para o escritório Clifford Tee + Gale Architects and Surveyors em Londres.
Juliano Augusto is a Sales Coordinator (Brazil & Latin America). In this position, he is responsible for developing and boosting the dynamic of the sale’s team based in Campinas and São Paulo by reinforcing the growth strategy of the company and its commercial initiatives. Juliano also oversees the business activities regarding the Real Estate and Infrastructure meetings organized in Brazil and Latin America.
He started his career at GRI Club as a Global Researcher Intern and later was nominated as a Project Executive for Latin America. His professional background also includes experience as a Public Relation intern focused on events organization for University of Campinas and Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-Campinas). Juliano is a senior Public Relations student at PUC-Campinas as well as a former exchange student at University Anáhuac México Norte, in Mexico City, where he was able to deepen his knowledge on Organizational Communication. Additionally, he used to be a member of the Rotary International's leadership programs.
Talita Quirino is a GRI Global Club Director working with Real Estate, Infrastructure and Retail companies in relationship strategies and brand positioning. Journalist and lawyer, she is specialist in Politics and International Relations at FESP. After 10 years in the market, she worked in the communication departments in Public Security Department from São Paulo, France Embassy in Brazil, S2Publicom Weber Shandwick and McDonald's. In the event market, she was project manager at Informa Group for two years and GS&MD's sponsorship manager.
Along his 10 years experience with Marketing and Branding, Fabio was in charge of the communication strategy of companies as Burguer King, Maquina de Vendas, Ford, OAS, Salvador City Hall and many others. Graduated in Marketing management through the Catholic University of Salvador with masters in Strategic Leadership though UNIFACS, he is the responsible for GRI's Sponsorship and Magazines commercial strategy and development.
Giovanna Carnio is the Communications Director of GRI Americas and editor in chief of GRI Magazine. She was the National Communications Manager of Amcham, accountable for publications, social networks and relationship for the press of the entity. She also had periods in companies like PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and “Banco Santander”.
She has graduated from Unicamp with a degree in economy, as well as a post-graduate in journalism from PUC-Campinas. She also has an MBA in Corporate Communications Management from Aberje (Brazilian Association of Corporate Communication).
Wesley Lemos is the Director of Operations – GRI, Americas and also responsible for the research department of the club.
Before GRI, he worked in logistics for companies and market research.
Kirsty has seven year’s experience in conference production globally. Her previous role included Conference Producer for RICS, fostering events in Corporate Real Estate, Residential, Industrial and Regional Investments across UK, Middle East and Europe. Kirsty is passionate about industrial and logistics, residential alternatives, distressed Investing, as well as connecting investors and developers with focused discussions in her core markets of the UK and Europe.
Victor Martins works together with GRI Club chapters in all regions, helping to connect consultants and advisers with our members through sponsorships and partnerships. He has extensive experience working internationally, in financial services and UK residential real estate. A fluent Spanish speaker, he graduated from Goldsmiths University of London with a degree in Politics and Economics.
Fulvia is a Senior Director at GRI, with direct responsibility to lead GRI’s activities in Italy, and the GRI Hospitality Club on a Pan-European level. She joined GRI in 2014 to launch the GRI business in Italy while helping to strengthen GRI’s portfolio in Sub Saharan African markets. She has over 18 years of experience in b2b event production and brand marketing. Prior to joining GRI, she was Director at Fiera Milano Media for many years, and brand consultant for Italian start-ups in London. Fulvia is Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano (2012) and M.Sc. in Business & Corporate Communications, University of Siena, Italy.
Vittorio is the Club Manager of the GRI Club in Italy, with the responsibility of taking care of all the members within the Italian market. Since 2012, he worked in real estate both in Italy and at international level, especially on the Chinese market where he worked for a fortune 500 state owned company. He’s a M.Sc. in Political Sciences, Università Cattolica of Milan, Italy
Loredana Carollo is the Director Andean & Southern Cone and is responsible for the GRI meetings in Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru. She is Venezuelan- Italian and has lived in Caracas, Washington DC, Barcelona and London. Loredana holds a Bachelor of Social Communications from Universidad Santa María in Caracas, her hometown.
Andreas Schonning is a Project Manager responsible for marketing execution and planning for several senior GRI meetings in Asia, Africa & Europe. He previously worked with senior level exhibitions for the world’s leading exhibitions organiser from their Beijing and Shenzhen office. Andreas graduated from the European Business School in London with a master’s degree in Management with International Business.
